dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá průzkumem vybraných fitness center na území města Ostravy. Výzkum se uskutečnil prostřednictvím metody Mystery Shopping. Výsledky provedené analýzy sloužily jako podklad pro porovnání kvality služeb v jednotlivých fitness centrech. Cílem práce bylo sestavit přehled nejlepších fitness center na území města Ostravy a navrhnout doporučení pro zkvalitnění služeb v předem vybraném fitness centru.cs
dc.description.abstractBachelor thesis deals with the exploration of selected fitness centres in the territory of the city of Ostrava. The research is carried out via the methods of Mystery Shopping. The results of this analysis served as the basis for the comparison of the quality of services in individual fitness centres. The aim of the work was to draw up an overview of the best fitness center in the territory of the city of Ostrava and propose recommendations for the improvement of services in previously selected fitness center.en
