Analýza provozní spolehlivosti a přesnosti obráběcích strojů Vítkovice Heavy Machinery a.s. za rok 2008 a 2009

Abstract

The presented thesis deals with the evaluation of accuracy and operational reliability on CNC machines in Vítkovice Heavy Machinery a.s. There are mentioned diagnostics methods for evaluation of state and accuracy of CNC at the beginning of the master thesis. Particular attention is devoted to the description of measurand, the principles of equipment and the measurement. The thesis is focused on determining the accuracy of the horizontal boring W200HB NC according to ISO 230. The conclusions of the individual measurements are set on the basis of the practical measurements, and the operations are introduced. Results are listed in the annex.
