Počítačová podpora obrábění polohovacího zařízení pro 3D modeláře

Abstract

Master thesis is focused on computer aided machining of a positioning device for 3D modelers. It describes the whole process of realization, from data collection to the final assembly. In the first part, the author is focused on designers’ requirements and preferences and further examines the possibilities of selecting the material appropriate to creating physical models. The making of the variants was described as well as the 3D scanning, conversion of STL format and production of the shell. The skeleton and inner parts of the mouse were designed, including the adjustment of the main electronic part, 3D printing, selection of blanks and means of clamping. Next chapter deals with proposals of manufacturing, mainly milling from aluminum alloy EN AW 6082. The last part of the thesis offers suggestions for design improvement.
