Abstract

Bachelor thesis describes the process of employee recruicment and selection. First part of the thesis contains theoretical possibilities employee recruitment and selection. Second part contains analysis of existing process in production company based on previous knowledge. Main task of thesis is recommendation of proposals to improve existing process of vacant positions filling in UniCredit Group a.s.
