Abstract
The main theme of this bachelor thesis is motivation of employees in Call Centre. The thesis deals motivation, leading and development of people in an organization. The thesis is divided to several parts. The theoretical part defines important concepts, motivation theories and methods of rewarding, motivation and development of people. In the practical part of the thesis, there is analysis of motivation employees in Call Centre of GE Money Bank, a.s. There are formulated proposals and recommendations.
