Abstract
The main subject of my thesis „ Optimization of Costs in the Company ESPO s. r. o.“ is evaluation of cost situation of a real Company. In first part of my thesis I introduce analyzed Company and it`s economics. In the second part I try to abstract the conception of costs and describe particular methods of cost managing. In practical part I evaluate obtained data and analyze evolution of cost`s structure in analyzed Company. The Company has got exceptional position on the Czech market as the exclusive producer of the specific commodity. Finally I bring some advices and suggestions respecting future expansion and profit of the Company.
