Konstrukce diagnostického zařízení

Abstract

The master’s thesis focuses on the mechanical design of a diagnostic device. The topic was assigned by the company UJP Praha a.s. The first two chapters present a review of available diagnostic systems, while the third chapter is devoted to a patent search. Based on the diagnostic device's defined functions and technical requirements, several design variants were proposed and evaluated according to specified criteria. The most suitable concept was selected and described in detail in the subsequent chapter. Following the selection of the final variant, structural calculations were performed. The first analytical chapter focuses on the design and analysis of the carriage and slewing bearing of the irradiation unit. The second chapter addresses the design and analysis of the carriage and slewing bearing of the lifting table. It was essential to ensure the required motions of the diagnostic device, the speeds of these motions, and the maximum allowable parameters of the inspected component. The final calculation chapter includes a strength analysis of the irradiation unit stand using the Finite Element Method (FEM). The final output of the thesis also includes technical drawing documentation following the project specification.
