Optimalizace skladových zásob

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřená na optimalizaci skladových zásob ve společnosti LIFTCOMP a.s. a na vytvoření evidence zbytkových plechů. V úvodu práce je popsána teorie logistiky skladování, následně je uvedena charakteristika podniku. V další kapitole se věnuji současnému stavu skladování a evidenci ve firmě. Následuje navržení způsobu evidování plechů a evidenčních softwarů. Problémem v tomto podniku je, že není zavedená evidence zbytkových plechů. Proto je evidence v práci rozebrána a jsou zde uvedené vlastní návrhy řešení. Ve společnosti jsem doporučila zavést evidenci pomocí čárových kódů a využití evidenčního softwaru ERP. V závěru je vyhodnocení nejvhodnějších variant a shrnutí celé diplomové práce.

Master thesis is focused on optimizing inventory in the company and LIFTCOMP a.s. and the creation of residual registration plates. Followin gregistration of the design sheets and accounting software. The problem in this business is that there is no established evidence of residual metal. Therefore, the evidence analyzed in the work described here and their own suggestions. In the company I recommended to introduce evidence using bar codes and use of ERP software registration. In conclusion, evaluate the most alternatives and summary of the thesis.
