Možnosti Primárních metod denitrifikace granulačních kotlů pro černé a hnědé uhlí

Abstract

This work deals with primary methods of reducing nitrogen oxides, arising from the combustion of black and brown coal in granulation boilers of medium and higher outputs. Theoretical possibilities of primary denitrification methods is quite a lot, but in practice it is possible to encounter problems, because each boiler is different and has its own specific properties. This means that not every primary denitrification method contributes equally to the reduction of nitrogen oxides. The work describes the basic components that make up nitrogen emissions, the theory of creation nitrogen emissions during combustion and a description of the basic types of primary denitrification measures. The practical part is focused on the verification, evaluation of already existing primary measures and the design of improvements. Two different boilers were selected for this purpose. In the first case, the research focuses on the fineness of coal grinding and the associated NOX emissions. The aim of this part is to install the design modification and evaluate the results. The second part of the research is focused on powder burners, which are already designed as low-emission. The design of the modification is calculated in the Ansys Fluent software. The aim of the second part is therefore mathematical models, which are compared.
