Analýza spokojenosti návštěvníků multikina

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with determining the satisfaction of multiplex visitors. In the beginning is a theoretical background focusing on services, quality and customer. Then there is a description of the multiplex and its competitive environment as well as the company under which the multiplex belongs. Using the questionnaire survey, primary data are identified and analyzed and customer satisfaction is determined using a modified ECSI method.
