Implementace metody Balanced Scorecard ve strojírenském podniku

Abstract

Předmětem této diplomové práce je komplexní zhodnocení výkonnosti firmy prostřednictvím metody Balanced Scorecard (BSC). Teoretická část je zaměřena na vymezení pojmu výkonnost podniku včetně popisu měřítek výkonnosti. Tato část je především zaměřena na metodu Balanced Scorecard a možnosti její implementace v podniku. V praktické části je teorie aplikována na podnik OSTROJ, a.s. V závěru práce je provedeno zhodnocení dosažených výsledků a shrnutí navrhovaných doporučení.

The subject of this thesis is a comprehensive evaluation of business performance through a Balanced Scorecard (BSC). The theoretical part is aimed at defining the concept of corporate performance including a description of performance measures. This section is primarily focused on the method of Balanced Scorecard and the possibility of its implementation in the enterprise. The practical part of the theory applied to business OSTROJ, Inc. The conclusion is an assessment of achievements and a summary of the proposed recommendations.
