Abstract

The aim of the master thesis is conceptual design of a single-purpose tube bender machine by given drawing. The introduction discusses the description of bending tubes and bending machines distribution in the market. The main content focuses on the design construction, machine’s drive and kinematics of the design bender machine. The master thesis is performed by force analysis of the bending parts. For the critically stressed parts the strength analysis is made. The conclusion of the master thesis contains instruction for operating and maintenance of the machine.
