Konstrukce podávače krátkých trubek

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na konstrukci podavače krátkých trubek z hliníkové slitiny. V úvodu této práce je vypracována rešerše rozdělení periferních zařízení. Jsou zde popsány jednotlivé typy podavačů. Podle požadavkového listu byly vypracovány tři varianty řešení. Pomocí hodnotové analýzy byla vybrána optimální varianta řešení. Pro tuto variantu jsou navrženy komponenty. Konstrukční návrh podavače trubek byl rozpracován formou 3D modelu v programu Pro/Engineer. Výkresová dokumentace bakalářské práce obsahuje sestavný výkres podavače trubek.

This bachelor’s work is focused on Construction Feeding Machine Short Piping made of aluminium alloy. In the introduction of this work, there is a research in diference. The focus of this bachelor is the construction of feeding machine short pipes made from aluminium alloy. The foundations of this thesis will begin to elaborate on apportionment of peripheral equipment and describe the different types of feeding machines. Accordingly a wish list sheet was prepared with three alternatives. Using value analysis the optimal solution was chosen and for this variant the components were designed. The engineering design of the feeder pipe was developed as a 3D model in program Pro / Engineer. The drawing documentation of the bachelor´s work contains the plan of the constructed feeder.
