Zhodnocení strojních časů s využitím CAM systému v podniku Armatury Group a.s.

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na porovnání strojních časů vypočtených z CAM systémů s časy, které byly naměřeny na obráběcích strojích. V teoretické části je popsán základní koncept CAM systémů, historie CAM systémů a jejich rozdělení, včetně popisu postprocesorů a tvorby průvodní dokumentace. V praktické části se práce zabývá analýzou naměřených a vypočtených strojních časů a návrhem různých opatření potřebných ke zpřesnění výpočtu strojního času. V poslední části je uvedeno jak tato opatření zavést do konkrétních CAM systémů.

The thesis is focused on the comparison of the machine times, calculated from CAM systems with the times , which were measured on machines. The theoretical section of this thesis describes the basic concept of CAM systems, history of CAM systems and their division, including the description of postprocessors and the creation of concomitant documentation. In the practical part the thesis deals with the analysis of measured and calculated of the machine times and a proposition of various measured needed for specification of machine time calculation. The last section states how to implement these measures into CAM systems.
