Abstract

The goal of the bachelor's thesis is based on the analysis of the system of internal communication in a selected company and formulate proposals for streamlining the current situation. For this purpose, an analysis of internal documents governing the area of internal communication was performed. These were mainly the company's strategy, code of ethics, personnel policy and organizational structure of the company. The internal company directive, which regulates the given area, played a crucial role in this. Subsequently, a questionnaire survey was conducted among the company's employees. The method of intentional selection was used in the selection of the research sample. In this case, respondents were selected with regard to specific relevant features. In this case, it is the fact that they are employees of the selected company. Questionnaires were sent and collected via email. The result of the bachelor's thesis was determined on the basis of the analysis of the survey. Subsequently, a system was designed to improve communication with respect to the economic side.
