Formy interní komunikace a jejich náklady ve stavebním podniku

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je na základě analýzy systému interní komunikace ve vybraném podniku formulovat návrhy na zefektivnění stávajícího stavu. Za tímto účelem byla provedena analýza vnitřních dokumentů, které oblast interní komunikace upravují. Jednalo se zejména o podnikovou strategii, etický kodex, personální politiku a organizační strukturu podniku. Zcela zásadní roli při tom hrála vnitropodniková směrnice, která danou oblast upravuje. Následně bylo provedeno dotazníkové šetření mezi zaměstnanci podniku. Při výběru výzkumného vzorku byla využita metoda záměrného výběru. Respondenti byli v tomto případě vybíráni s ohledem na konkrétní relevantní znaky. V tomto případě se jedná o skutečnost, že jde o zaměstnance vybraného podniku. Dotazníky byly zasílány a sbírány přes email. Výsledek bakalářské práce byl zjištěn na základě analýzy šetření. Následně byl navržen systém na zlepšení komunikace s ohledem na ekonomickou stránku.

The goal of the bachelor's thesis is based on the analysis of the system of internal communication in a selected company and formulate proposals for streamlining the current situation. For this purpose, an analysis of internal documents governing the area of internal communication was performed. These were mainly the company's strategy, code of ethics, personnel policy and organizational structure of the company. The internal company directive, which regulates the given area, played a crucial role in this. Subsequently, a questionnaire survey was conducted among the company's employees. The method of intentional selection was used in the selection of the research sample. In this case, respondents were selected with regard to specific relevant features. In this case, it is the fact that they are employees of the selected company. Questionnaires were sent and collected via email. The result of the bachelor's thesis was determined on the basis of the analysis of the survey. Subsequently, a system was designed to improve communication with respect to the economic side.
