Analýza systému odměňování a motivace zaměstnanců ve strojírenském podniku

Abstract

The topic of this diploma thesis is an Analysis of Employee Remuneration and Motivation System in Engineering Company. The aim of the thesis is to analyze and evaluate the current state of employee remuneration and motivation in a company BRANO, a.s. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on theoretical and methodological background related to the remuneration and motivation. In the practical part is introduced the company BRANO, a.s. and also its current system of motivation and remuneration. Then the questionnaire survey is evaluated including the determination of research questions. Finally, based on the information resulting from the questionnaire survey, recommendation are proposed to improve company’s existing motivation and remuneration system.
