Návrh univerzálního tenzometrického snímače síly

Abstract

This diploma thesis pursues the design of a universal strain gague sensor. The present offer of strain gague on the market is detailed in the introduction. In the next part, a patent search survey is performed. The next part deals with the proposal itself. In total, three variants are developed and one is selected as the final solution. The solution is based on the principle of trasferring deformation from flail to measuring flanges. The stress is measured on the deformed flanges. The load can be used to evaluate the loading force. The versatility of the sensor is ensured by replacing the flail. The last part deals with determining the maximum load on the measuring device and checking selected parts.
