Abstract

In this work, a social policy and international business culture and compared there disparities in the various subsidiaries, which are based in Slovenia and the Czech Republic. The theoretical part of this work is devoted to background in social policy. It presents models of European social policy, generous and sober, the European Social Charter and the basic social security Czech Republic and Slovenia. The practical part of this work is characterized by an international firm. It is bringing an overview of the economic stability of the company and its subsidiaries.
