Abstract

In this work, a social policy and international business culture and compared there disparities in the various subsidiaries, which are based in Slovenia and the Czech Republic. The theoretical part of this work is devoted to background in social policy. It presents models of European social policy, generous and sober, the European Social Charter and the basic social security Czech Republic and Slovenia. The practical part of this work is characterized by an international firm. It is bringing an overview of the economic stability of the company and its subsidiaries. Describes and represents the subsidiaries and analyze the financial position of companies Relax. Further analysis of the social policy within international companies. Here presents an organizational culture of the company and focuses on employee benefits and reimbursement of expenses incurred by employees in the course of their employment.
