Optimalizace předúpravy lakování hliníkových autokol

Abstract

This diploma thesis is focused on surface treatment of aluminum car wheels and the processes with this pre-treatment connected, i.e. the production of demineralized water and wastewater treatment. The aim of the thesis was to optimize the operation of these technologies. Pre-treatment line shortcomings had been defined. This has been solved by changing the amount of used chemicals and their dosing has been switched to automatic mode. A new method for checking the concentration of chemicals in tanks according to the conductivity measurement was tested and implemented instead of manual detection of alkalinity which is inappropriate for industry conditions. The influence of the quantity of chemicals used for neutralization of wastewater has been tested and dosing of chemicals was set to achieve the ideal flocculation consistency for sufficient sedimentation. A problem of insufficient regeneration of the demineralized water production station had been identified and the replacement of the absorption filling of the column has been done.
