This thesis deals with the thermal cutting of material, especially cutting plasma. The introduction describes the situation in the company, in which they work. The next chapters describe the different thermal cutting technology. This laser cutting, oxygen plasma, including their comparison. What is not clear and should be judged according to the analysis, taking into account all the observed effects. Furthermore, I described the solution to cutting machine maintenance, especially plasma.
