This paper deals with a non-invasive monitoring sensor based on two Fiber Bragg Gratings encapsulated in interesting body-inert material entitled fiberglass. The proposal sensor integrates three monitoring sensors into one compact sensor which can measure Respiratory Rate (RR), Heart Rate (HR) and Body Temperature (BT) simultaneously. Functionality and accuracy of the sensor were verified by the laboratory tests performing on 8 volunteers (both genders) with their written consent. All tests showed satisfactory accuracy based on the objective Bland-Altman method with a small relative error below 5 %. The innovative benefit is the minimum probe thickness of 1 mm.cs
