Optimalizace předního nárazníku modernizované řady těžkých nákladních vozidel

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the design of a serial bumper with the unification of an individual superstructure for the Tatra T815-7 trucks. At the beginning of the work, a search is performed focusing on the development of vehicles of the T815-7 model series. Furthermore, a detailed analysis of individual bumper parts was performed and individual modifications were proposed. The resulting adjustment was checked using the simulation calculation program Ansys Workbench. At the end, the drawing documentation was prepared according to the requirements of the supervisor.
