Abstract
The thesis deals with usage of PLC and PIC for realization of intelligent family house model. The aim was to design intelligent family house model with help of microelectronic components. In this thesis were made for example modules serving for temperature control, DC motor control, lights control or modules for security system. Data transfer between PIC and PC is realized by serial communication and between PLC and PC by OPC communication. Everything is controlled and monitored from SCADA/HMI system called Control Web 6. Application is accessible via Internet browser in local network. The view of application is adapted to viewing through mobile phones or tablets.
This thesis contains description of STEP7 development environment for Siemens PLCs, programming languages and editors which can be used for application development, Simatic controllers, peripheral interface controllers (PIC) and their programming and SCADA/HMI system Control Web 6. Last but not least there is a description of each created printed circuit boards (PCBs) and the way of their simulation within application created in Control Web 6.
