The thesis deals with the topic of special snow vehicles, their classifying and use. In addition, it also focuses on the rules, safety of the vehicles operation as well as problems on the road. Further issues of the work include the maintenance of these vehicles and their operational evaluation. In conclusion, the operation of the vehicles is shown from the economic point of view. The thesis is closed with a technical evaluation of the snow tracked vehicles.
