Návrh instalace parní turbíny

Abstract

This thesis deals with installation of a steam turbine. It consists of six chapters according to the content. The first chapter deals briefly with so called waste heat and its subsequent use. The process of installation takes place at a division of a heating plant in Karviná, which is in detail described in chapter two. The following chapter analyzes the problem of throttling steam at the heating plant and brings forward new solutions in the form of installation of a suitable steam turbine, which is the main objective of this thesis. In chapter four I focus on a selected steam turbine in detail, its description, principle and design solution. The fifth chapter contains theoretical evaluation of the turbine. The last sixth chapter is devoted to the static calculation of the pipeline. The thesis also includes design drawings of critical nodes of the existing piping system of steam distribution plus the preparation for a possible installation of the steam turbine.
