Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the technology of printed circuit board manufacturing and assembly. The introductory part describes the theory of PCB manufacturing and assembly in industrial practice. Furthermore, the basic functions, types, and history of printed circuit boards are presented. Based on the available equipment in the laboratory of the Department of Control Systems and Instrumentation at VSB–Technical University of Ostrava, an overview of the available devices, including a brief description of their functions, was created. The thesis also includes detailed manuals for the operation and maintenance of the equipment in the Czech language, as well as the creation of an e-learning course available in the university Moodle system. The final part of the thesis summarizes the procedures used during the preparation of the work and evaluates the advantages and disadvantages of the laboratory line for the chemical manufacturing of printed circuit boards.
