Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the structural design of a lifting platform into the shaft according to the specified dimensions with a stroke of 3,600 mm and a load capacity of 1,000 kg. The first part of the diploma thesis contains a search where the issue of the topic is addressed. The platform is divided in terms of construction, drive and their use. Three proposals for design solutions are developed. Subsequently, they are assessed and the most suitable one is selected. In the next part, the final design solution and its nodes are discussed. Furthermore, the diploma thesis contains a design and calculation, where the fastening scheme is elaborated and the loading forces are calculated. In the next step, a rope, a winding drum, a shaft and their bearing are designed. The electric gearbox is selected and the maximum lifting speed is calculated. Then the concept of pulleys and their storage is solved. The attachment of the rope is determined and the guide of the lifting platform is chosen. Subsequently, the bolts connecting the rope winch and the drive plate are checked for strength. Last but not least, the strength check of the frame of the loading part of the lifting platform is performed by the FEM method. At the end, an assembly drawing of the lifting platform and a production drawing of the pulley are drawn.
