Technologický postup svařování kompresoru

Abstract

Práce se v teoretické části zabývá problematikou svařitelností uhlíkových ocelí a litiny. Dále je vytvořen technologický postup svařování vybrané části kompresoru. Navrženy jsou také alternativní metody, kterými by mohlo svařování proběhnout. Popis principu těchto metod je zde uveden také. V experimentální části jsou provedeny zkoušky na ověření vlastností zkušebních vzorků. Na závěr je provedeno shrnutí výsledků a navržení možných dalších řešení.

In theoretical part is described the weldability of carbon steel and cast iron. It is also created by the technological process of welding the selected part of the compressor. Designed are also alternative methods that could welding run. Description of the principle of these methods is also given. The experimental part conducted tests to verify the characteristics of the test samples. In conclusion sums up the results and propose possible further solutions.
