Racionalizace systému řízení údržby

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the system of maintainance control in Vitkovice Mechanika a. s. and its rationalization. In the introductory part I explain basic theoretical terms of rationalization and maintainance in general. The analysis delas with the current situation in Vitkovice Mechanika a.s. and its managing system. The main part of the thesis tries to introduce the system of total integrated maintainance (TIM), which is total productive maintainance (TPM) into the Hélios Green system which is used by the company at the moment. In the last part there are summarized explicit benefits which are the reduction of costs and increment of operation efficiency.
