Význam intelektuálního kapitálu pro rozvoj firmy

Abstract

The bachelor's thesis discusses the topic of the importance of intellectual capital and its influence on the development of the organization. The main task is to deal with the values of intellectual capital, including human, organizational and customer capital, both in the theoretical part and in the practical part. In the first part of the thesis, the theory of intellectual capital and other related aspects is available. Concepts related to human resources and the opinions of authors dedicated to the mentioned issue are defined. In the second practical part, the value of organizational culture, how employees are satisfied with their work and tasks, and how they perceive customer capital, etc., are determined in the selected monitored organization. The chosen research method is a questionnaire survey. The evaluated questionnaire questions are individually processed graphically with an analysis of the results for each graph. At the same time, 3 research questions are evaluated from the questionnaire answers. The summary of the results from the practical part of the work contains suggestions and recommendations for the monitored company.
