Využití piezomotoru pro přesné polohování

Abstract

This thesis deals with the use of piezomotors for precise positioning. Main focus of this work is on piezomotors with linear displacement. The software environment of the program Control Web 8 was chosen for the design of the application. The communication of this system with the control units of piezomotors is realised in this programme. The thesis describes the hardware and software design of the task and its implementation.
