Abstract

This thesis deals with the measurement and analysis of the surface topography of plastic moldings by using an optical method. The measurement of this moldings created by an injection method has been carried out by using an optical profilometer FRT MicroProf. The reason for measurement is a problem with the glue adhesion between the plastic material of polybutylen terephthalate and acrylic glass due to a new injection mold. Based on two-dimensional and three–dimensional measured data there is a comparison with the topographic parameters of products from two molds where some products from the second mold have been subjected to flame . After the subsequent data analysis is given a proposal to the solution of the current problem of the company.
