Analýza personálních činností ve vybraném podniku

Abstract

This Bachelor's work deals with an analysis of selected HR activities in the company Vivastav s.r.o. In my work I describe not only elementary theoretical resources of HR activities but also analyse current state of HR activities, i.e. its methods of recruitment, training and remuneration of employees and their fluctuation. The conclusion of my work will contain a SWOT analysis of HR activities containing proposals and recommendations for improvement of potential drawbacks. Furthemore, there will be presented results of a survey in which employees stated their level of satisfaction and demand for potential changes.
