Posouzení motivace a angažovanosti pracovníků ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

This thesis deals with employee engagement and motivation as essential factors influencing business performance and success in today´s demanding business environment. The first part of the thesis focuses on explanation of these two expresions and characterization of the main factors influencing employee motivation as well as engagement. On the basis of acquired theoretical findings, a questionnaire is implemented in a selected company to find out employee motivation, engagement levels and general trends. In the conclusion, the author interprets results and presents some improvement suggestions.
