Statistika v údržbě jaderné elektrárny

Abstract

Práce nabízí stručný vhled do problematiky využití statistických metod ve formě prediktivních analýz a následně ve formě prediktivní údržby v konkrétních SW nástrojích. V první části práce části byla provedena analýza dostupných dat z provozu JE a následně byla zpracována analýza a návrh nového přístupu a zpracování těchto dat. V rámci této analýzy a na základě tohoto návrhu byl vytvořen funkční BI report s přehledem vytipovaných reálných dat, která jsou dále vstupem do prediktivních analýz. V závěru práce byly vytvořeny dva konkrétní návrhy dalšího využití ve formě prediktivní údržby.

The thesis offers a brief insight into the issue of the use of statistical methods in the form of predictive analyzes and subsequently in the form of predictive maintenance in specific SW tools. In the first part of the work, an analysis of the available data from the operation of the NPP was carried out, followed by an analysis and proposal of a new approach and processing of this data. As part of this analysis and on the basis of this proposal, a functional BI report was created with an overview of selected real data, which is further input into predictive analyses. At the end of the work, two specific proposals for further use in the form of predictive maintenance were created.
