Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je analýza systému výběru a adaptace zaměstnanců ve vybrané bance. První (teoreticko-metodická) část práce objasňuje teoretické poznatky z oblasti řízení lidských zdrojů, zejména pak z oblasti výběru a adaptace zaměstnanců. Druhá část práce se zabývá analýzou zkoumaných teoretických poznatků ve vybrané bance. Stěžejní částí práce je dotazníkové šetření provedené v organizaci, na jehož základě byly vytvořeny návrhy a doporučení pro organizaci.

The subject of this thesis is the analysis of the employee selection and adaptation system in a selected bank. The first (theoretical-methodical) part of the thesis clarifies the theoretical knowledge from the field of human resource management, especially in the field of selection and adaptation of employees. The second part of the thesis deals with the analysis of the researched theoretical knowledge in a selected bank. The main part of the work is a questionnaire survey conducted in the organization, on the basis of which were created proposals and recommendations for the organization.
