Výzkum 3D tisku elastomerů

Abstract

Additive production, or three-dimensional printing, is a new process that is used to make 3D objects from digital data. 3D printing represents a trend in digitization and automation of production in the upcoming Industry 4.0. At present, additive production is being rapidly developed and new technologies and materials are being used. This diploma thesis is focused on the printing of new intelligent materials. The available printing technologies and available elastomeric materials are described. In the practical part a cyclic biaxially elastomeric and the volume compressibility tests are performed. These tests determine whether the elastomer, printed by 3D technology, has the same properties as the elastomer produced by the conventional method.
