Abstract

This thesis has been focused on quality measurement systems within the selected engineering plant with its activity in arms manufacturing. The subject matter of my thesis comprises of the description, the analysis and selection of quality control systems implemented within the processes operated within the particular plant. The objective of this thesis is to compose a draft of the quality manual for the selected entity and that be based on findings obtained through the approach to the issue from two different perspectives, the process and management views respectively.
