Návrh technologie obrábění duralových slitin s využitím CNC obráběcích strojů

Abstract

This graduation thesis deals with a suitable choice of cutting conditions for machining of the given aluminum alloys. It is known that machining of these materials is rather problematic. In introduction important terms from the area of turning are explained, as the balance of power, heat dissipation, chip formation and tool wear mechanisms. The next section describes the problems in machining aluminum alloys and suitable tools for their processing. The practical part is leaning on an experiment in which various cutting conditions and achieved parameters of roughness are found, followed by evaluation and comparison of different tools and cutting conditions. In final part there is recommendation of the appropriate cutting tool and cutting conditions for machining these materials.
