Stresový faktor v letecké dopravě

Abstract

This thesis is concered with a stress and its influence on aviation personnel performance. The first part is a general theory of stress, its description and organism reactions to stress. The second part is specialized for stress analysis to personality. The third part is devoted to concrete stress influence in pilot training and demand for pilot personality. In the fourth part there are resolutions for definite conditions, which is influenced of stress situations. In the last parts there are target analysis and summary.
