Konstrukční návrh airsoftové manuální pušky

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the design of a manual airsoft rifle. The weapon is designed to allow manufacturing using FDM 3D printing technology and to be modifiable. The introductory section explains what airsoft is, the different types of airsoft guns and their propulsion systems, the safety features of airsoft weapons, and safety measures in airsoft as a sport. Subsequently, available models of manual airsoft guns and their key characteristics are analyzed. Based on this analysis, a unique weapon mechanism is designed, including the external body, barrel, grip, stock, sights, and other additional components. The choice of design solutions is justified with regard to functionality, ergonomics, and aesthetics. The strength and reliability of individual components are verified through calculations.
