Abstract

The subject of this diploma thesis is the regulation of the process of employee education in a selected company and the preparation of proposals and recommendations for improvement of the current state. The theoretical part is focused on explaining the basic concepts that are related to this issue. In addition, there are presented the selected methods, through which employees are trained. This part follows the practical part where an organization is presented, in which this process analysis is evaluated by means of a questionnaire survey and a semi-structured interview. At the end of the thesis, the findings and results are evaluated and summarized and, on their basis, appropriate measures or recommendations are drawn up and proposed.
