Racionalizace technologie výroby a kontroly parametrů vybraného představitele

Abstract

This master's thesis deals with the rationalization of manufacturing technology and the parameter inspection of a specific product. I will be dealing with the analysis of the current execution of manufacturing and measuring. Afterwards, I will suggest a new manu-facturing technology and the related rationalization of measuring. In the first part of the thesis, I am going to focus on the current state of manufacturing and metrology. I will demonstrate that it is insufficient from the manufacturing point of view, as far as the num-ber of operations and related compliance with desired geometric tolerances goes, and I will also demonstrate how the ways of measuring required dimensions are insufficient. In the second part I will be suggesting the optimal solution, which would both decrease the time required to complete production, but also decrease the number of operations, and thus im-prove the accuracy of production. I will also deal with a new measuring system, which should already be sufficient for the measuring of all required parameters.
