Abstract
The goal of this Bachelor's thesis is to gauge the satisfaction of Bohemia Mueller, s.r.o. customers, to analyse the factors influencing customer satisfaction, such that the company is able to achieve higher satisfaction rate with its business partners and increase the number of future orders.
