Využití procesních kapalin při obrábění

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá procesními kapalinami, které ovlivňují proces obrábění. V první části je popsaná tepelná bilance a teplo. Dále jsou uvedeny metody, kterými se dá měřit teplo v okolí nebo přímo v místě řezu. V další části práce je popsáno rozdělení procesních prostředí podle jejich vlastností a výběr vhodné kapaliny pro určitý proces obrábění. Jsou zde uvedeny výhody, kvůli kterým procesní kapaliny používáme, ale také nevýhody které ovlivňují životní prostředí a obsluhu stroje. V závěru práce je popsána určitá procesní kapalina na určitém obráběcím stroji a její životnost.

This bachelor thesis deals with process fluids that affect the machining process. The first part describes the heat balance and the heat. The following part describes methods by which heat can be measured in the vicinity or directly at the incision site. The next part depicts firstly the distribution of process environments according to their characteristics and secondly the selection of suitable liquids for certain machining process. There are described the advantages why is the process liquid used, but also disadvantages which affect the environment and the operator. At the conclusion is described certain procedural liquid to a particular machine tool and its service life.
