Analýza a racionalizace procesů skladování a řízení materiálu ve výrobním podniku

Abstract

This thesis focuses on optimizing warehouse management and inventory control at ADPACK group s.r.o. The introductory section analyzes the current state of production and material flows. Using Pareto analysis, the main shortcomings are identified, particularly excess inventory and inefficient use of space. Based on these findings, the thesis proposes specific measures, primarily to reduce inventory through sales promotion and warehouse reorganization in the form of zone-based layout or the installation of pallet racks. The benefits of the proposed solutions include increased storage capacity, improved visibility, and overall streamlining of the company’s logistics processes.
