Zefektivnění systému pro posuzování a přijímání zakázek

Abstract

The bachelor work describes the procedures required during technical and economical processing of customer order or inquiry. It includes not only the theoretical parts but also particular examples of various methods making the processing easier. Its conclusion is the proposal for the instruction defining basic activities and responsibilities for these processes. Implementation of these procedures in practise has to bring not only clearing of single steps but also invoke the pressure on increasing of efficiency and shortening of times necessary for realization of projects at observance of standard of quality in all cooperative departments. This influence should contribute to detect critical places and to bring suggestions for next optimization processes, as is for example objectification of cost limits or purchase of new efficient tools.
