Abstract

Analýza dokumentací pro zajištění provozu a užívání bytových domů. Základní informace o bydlení, vlastnictví bytového portfolia. Popis jednotlivých dokumentací, jejich využití, účel, evidence a možnost uchování a archivace. Dále bude popsána problematika elektronické formy evidence a nové trendy v oblasti dokumentace budov. Téma se bude zabývat také pojmem aktualizace a aktuálnosti dat. Cílem této bakalářské práce je popsání druhů dokumentací staveb, které jsou potřebné pro zajištění provozu a užívání bytového domu. Dále také jejich účel, evidence, metody uchování a aktuálnost dat dokumentací. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do části teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části práce jsou popsány základní pojmy týkající se bytových domů, formy vlastnictví bytového portfolia a popis jednotlivých dokumentací potřebných k zajištění provozu a užívání bytového domu - druhy dokumentací, jejich způsob využití, důvody evidence, účel dokumentací, možnosti uchovávání a archivace. V praktické části jsou popsány jednotlivé vybrané druhy dokumentací pro konkrétní objekt bytového domu.

The aim of this work is to describe the type of documentation structures that are necessary to ensure the operation and use of the apartment building. As well as their purpose, evidence, preservation methods and timeliness of data documentation. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical. The theoretical section describes the basic concepts related to residential buildings, forms of ownership housing portfolio and description of the documentation needed to ensure the operation and use of an apartment building - sort of documentation, their usage patterns, reasons for filing, documentation purposes, the possibility of storing and archiving. In the practical part there are different kinds of documentation selected for the particular selected object apartment building.
