Analýza zaměstnaneckých benefitů a jejich vlivu na rozhodování studentů o budoucím zaměstnavateli

Abstract

This diploma thesis is divided into two parts. The first one deals with the characteristics of the benefit systém and explanation of accounting and tax aspects of selected benefits. The second part is focused partically and it is an analysis of the questionnaire survey that was conducted between students of Faculty of Economics of VSB – Technical university of Ostrava. Above all, this analysis tries to find an answer to one of the main goals of the diploma thesis and whether students are influenced by employee benefits when choosing a new job.
